Kent is not a dumb man by any stretch of the imagination, but he's not particular well-educated or interested in academia. He's very goal-oriented, driven, and realistic. Kent always speaks his mind and is polite until he gets heated (he's easily worked up). As a coach, Kent does not get mad at failure, but it expects work so that it won't happen again. He is fair and gives everyone a chance, and he is particularly good at noting improvement in others. He leads unconsciously but also unconsciously expects to be followed.
