Lance is smart, arrogant, self-centered, and ambitious. He is a relativist atheist who loves to poke holes in Christianity and belittle Christians. Lance desperately wants to be popular and is well versed in pop culture, but he can't get people to adore him. He is generally moral, but is obsessed with sex and has no qualms about lying. He is capable of leading, but is not a good follower because he is insubordinate and finds many problems with things. He is a hard worker who respects other hard workers, but he gets very annoyed with stupid people. Lance gloats when he wins and pouts when he loses.

Lance is not very athletic but has decent survival skills.
